It is scratch resistant. It's a powerful cleaning tool. It is a good quality item. It has a lot f power. It cleans hard spots and gets them clean.

Used the bristle brush to clean the hard water stains in the shower and did an amazing job. No scrubbing required as the tool did all the work. Like that the handle is adjustable and can also use without the handle in tight spaces.

Once I received it, it was partially charged, so I went ahead and started scrubbing right away. It was able to clean the soap scum off my tub and shower walls very quickly. You do need to add a little bit of your own elbow grease with some pressure, but it does clean extremely well. The only downfall is I wish the charge lasted longer. It does last long enough for a normal, weekly, deep cleaning.

I was also able to scrub my toilet sinks, and I did my mirrors with the glass mirror pad. I haven't used all the attachments yet, but I have used 4 of them and they work great.
